Payment Terms

These payment and billing terms apply to the payment of all orders placed with Bondi's Boutique for our market: Australia.

1. Accepted payment methods

To offer you a safe and convenient shopping experience, we accept the following payment methods:

2. Payment processing

Payment is due immediately upon completing your order. Orders are only processed and shipped once full payment has been received. If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed. Please try again with a different payment method or contact your bank.

The currency shown at checkout is binding. Prices may change, but never after an order has been placed.

4. Secure payment processing

Bondi's Boutique uses SSL encryption and trusted, certified payment gateways to protect your payment details. We do not store your credit card or payment details. All transactions are secure and encrypted. At the top of our checkout page you will see "100% secure and encrypted checkout".

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method in Australian dollars (AUD). If you have a payment issue, please contact our customer service at support@bondis-boutique.com first before initiating a chargeback.

7. Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, cancel or temporarily hold orders where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected. Additional identity verification may be required for high-value transactions.
